At 13M (2 weeks ago) Peyson started coming over to me when she needed to go #2. She’s grunt a few times then run to get a new cloth diaper and bring it to me and insist I change her by pulling at her cloth diaper tabs and basically yelling at me. All during the same week she also started a new routine when she accompanied me to the bathroom as she always has. Every time I’d go potty she’d pull at her diaper tabs, point to the potty and do her usual babble talk. Once she’s diaper free she’d attempt to climb the potty. So far she’s fine w/ or w/out an additional potty seat but definitely prefers the big potty (Mama & Dada’s) to use. She’ll sit, grunt, push and then point to the toilet paper when she’s done. She prefers to sit on the side of the potty so she’s closest to the TP so she can get her self. She’s not quiet to the wiping stage, right now she just immediately throws it in potty and smiles at me. At least she knows where it goes. She’ll start to climb off when she’s done. Not sure why but she seemed to lose interest in flushing the potty once she started potty training. She use to always do it for me but I guess she expect me to do it for her now. ha Not sure? She’ll wave & say bye bye as the potty flushes then point to the light for me to pick her up. Trying to teach her “up” for the past couple months & as of now she makes NO & I mean ZERO attempt in trying to say “up”. By far the most stubborn of my 3 when it comes to this word. So yah, she’ll turn the light off …
