We’ve been cloth diapering our son exclusively with Fuzzibunz and have found that the sizing between each model/size can be quite different. Here’s a short video to show those curious, the settings we use for each particular size. Our son is 20 months old, 28 pounds and 34.5 inches tall. The large size is still quite big for him and tends to have bad wing sag (especially while playing). Although it doesn’t cause frequent leaks, we’ve had a few “down the leg” incidents. We use large almost exclusively for nights. Double stuffed, we’ve never had a leak at night. The medium is our everyday workhorse. It fits him well and rarely has wing sag. Even though the recommended sizing says up to 30 lbs, we can see this fitting much longer as he’s still has another button setting left. The fit isn’t right for him if we try to double stuff this and is uncomfortable for play that way (although we rarely double stuff in the day). The old style medium is what we’d consider a medium and a half. Although the weight settings say up to 28 lbs, these fit somewhere between the new style medium and large. If it wasn’t for the constant and excessive wing sag, this diaper would be our favorite for his current weight. It fits great but even just walking causes the sides to fall down quite quickly. The One Size Elite is the newest to our stash. It is very trim and narrow compared to any previous models. I really had high hopes for the Elites but sadly, they fell short of our expectations.
