Pregnancy Vlog. How to make cold soothing pads for after birth. Women bleed for about 2 to 4 weeks after baby is born. This little trick was given to me by my Hypnobabies instructor to help heal and sooth my vagina once baby was born. You’ll need Witch Haze, large pads, and place them in fridge to get cool. Hopefully it helps. I’ll post an update to let you know if it works after. Just read that it’s also an anti inflammatory product.
